Iowa State University Extension and Outreach in Dallas County is ready for the return of a popular summer youth program-- Babysitting Clinic. This two-day workshop for youth in grade 5 and older is designed to teach essential child care skills. 

The Babysitting Clinic will address safety, essential information to gather from families, nutrition and age-appropriate toys and activities. Guest speakers will include Dallas County EMTs to cover compression-only CPR training and basic first aid. Law enforcement officials will also be present to discuss proper emergency handling.
